“I ordered a Modern House Number Sign 15cm x 30cm, but I’m really disappointed with it. I used the online tool to choose the font, and due to my street name having a long word, I reluctantly chose the House Signs 1 Roman because it looked like the type 2 font wouldn’t fit. When the sign arrived, the word had actually fit with lots of space either side, it looks different to the online tool, and makes me think the font I wanted would have actually fit. For anyone else using the tool to choose a font, I would contact the seller directly to ask for advice. It’s an expensive mistake I’ve made, because I can’t afford to re-buy the one I’d really have liked. Also, my door number is 63, and lots of people have commented that it looks like it says G3. I really do not like the sign, I’m disappointed every time I arrive home.”

“I purchased from House Signs Direct because it had the size and design I was looking for. After scrolling through a few different companies I decided upon the one which I thought would be suitable. And it was from HSD. The sign arrived within a few days! And I’m so pleased with the design and quality of the product.”

“The sign is great but the solar light sometimes works and other times doesn't regardless of if I remove it and position it to absorb maximum sunlight before refitting it, I've emailed you about this but as expected haven't received a reply.”
