“The design options and ordering process were just fine but then it went wrong. The chosen delorevy firm, the notorious EVRI, told my quite swiftly that they had the parcel and that they would let me know as soon as it was out for delivery. That was on 19 March and I have heard nothing since. You need to makr a change of delivery firm.”
