When you order using the website there is a live preview that shows you how the personalisation will look and if your sign isn't as you ordered then please email us a picture and we can investigate this further for you. “Sent the wrong item initially and then wanted a photo as I assume they don’t believe my claim they sent it wrong. Subsequent product delivery was correct. Mounts on the back are not level. 2.5mm different heights meaning it was a faff getting the holes right when drilling. Has weathered 2 storms and not blown away so the pop on pop off fixings appear to be adequate. The plate itself looks very good.”

“The sign itself seems very nice, although we have yet to put it up and just hope the sign survives this process. I'm concerned as we had to re-order the sign 3 times due to it arriving broken twice due to the unacceptable packaging. House Signs Direct need to ensure they use a lot more bubble wrap and not just then send for delivery in a cardboard mailer / envelope.”

We would always recommend looking at the dimensions of the sign you are interested in and checking that it is the correct size for your property and also taking into consideration the distance from the property to the road, before ordering. “Sign arrived promptly and exactly what we ordered. Nice looking. However, the white border paint was chipped in two places. I rectified it managing to find the correct shade with my own paint. Doesn't look too good close up. Rather disappointed. Should have sent it back I suppose but didn't want the hassle Won't be ordering again.”

“Just OK The 'Ring' description is a con..... any sign with a gap to accommodate the Ring Bell could do the same job. And cheaper top just buy a basic sign with a gap on one side. However, the quality is good.”
