Thank you for your interest in IQ Mobile. IQ Mobile is the Intelligent Mobile Network focused on providing good value SIM only deals on the UK's largest and fasted 4G network.

IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Sim was in transit and seemed to be lost. Contacted IQ and new sim sent out just in case, original sim eventually arrived that day. Going to use it in our new Mobile Wi-Fi unit when we go to France and Spain. Hope all goes well with coverage.”

“I ordered an IQGO SIM card it arrived within two days. I had an issue activating the data package I had purchased with the sim, so emailed IQ Mobile not expecting an answer until the next morning. When I logged back on the following morning I had received 3 emails from them with the last one saying that the issue I had had been sorted. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed with which they responded and the way my issue was sorted. I had also used the online chat service a couple of days before and again all my questions were answered and explained. From what I have seen so far I would highly recommend them.”

“I found IQ mobile through a motorhome Facebook group when searching for options for sim data purchases for use in our motorhome mifi in France. Having explored a few companies, IQ mobile seemed to have the best flexible package with no restrictions or fair usage policy in the EU. Not only that, I was blown away by Peter's expert knowledge of the product & speedy response to all my questions during the setting up of this bit of technology. Customer service has been excellent and we have tested it out at home with my TV and firestick and it will be perfect for our needs.”

“Haven't really used the router yet in earnest, but arrived as scheduled. When I had difficulties in getting a device to log onto its network, company responded quickly even though it was a weekend. (For anyone with a similar issue, the password you need is the wifi key, rather than the password. It's printed on the small label on the back of the 4G travel router, so you don't need to look for the details on the main sticker under the device battery.)”

“I have had mobile phone contracts with several companies over the years and the service has been terrible if ever there was a problem. Like so many companies these days, you can't get to speak to anyone or get a response from a real person, but IQ Mobile have supassed my expectations in that regard. I also had a problem with reception at my home. At last, I have found a company whose service is great. IQ Mobile have provided a swift and efficient response, when I had a query, even before joining. In addition, I don't have to stand out in the rain to be able to make or receive calls now either. BONUS !”

However, the support service is absolutely first class and I am currently using in France with a great signal and great speeds. “Was a little sceptical at first and struggled to get a decent signal for first few days. But I emailed the company and they replied within a few minutes and within the day the signal was great and all is working well. The price is superb and so is the customer service from Peter.”

“After an initial problem with my mifi (that IQ helped me sort out) the sim only card worked exceptionally well on my Motorhome trip to Italy and Croatia. I was always able to get Prime and bbc iPlayer to play well on the tv and for google and Apple Maps. I would strongly recommend. Far better than buying local cards as this worked in all countries I visited.”

“So far my experience is good. The IQ Go SIM worked as soon as I installed it in my mobile router. I had a couple of questions about data roaming and these were answered quickly and efficiently via WhatsApp. I'll be testing the SIM in Scotland and France..... let's see how it performs during those trips. “I have been very pleasantly surprised by IQ Mobile's service. Having had contracts over the years with most of the service providers, I have come to expect poor service and difficulty in getting queries answered. Not so with IQ! I hadn't heard of IQ prior to my transfer and was a little concerned about whether the company was legit but I needn't have worried. The whole process of transferring to IQ was well explained, my queries answered promptly and clearly by email and I feel like I am receiving a personal service. I am VERY happy and have already recommended them to others.”
