I ordered an IQGO SIM card it arrived within two days. I had an issue activating the data package I had purchased with the sim, so emailed IQ Mobile not expecting an answer until the next morning. When I logged back on the following morning I had received 3 emails from them with the last one saying that the issue I had had been sorted. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed with which they responded and the way my issue was sorted. I had also used the online chat service a couple of days before and again all my questions were answered and explained. From what I have seen so far I would highly recommend them.
