I have been very pleasantly surprised by IQ Mobile's service. Having had contracts over the years with most of the service providers, I have come to expect poor service and difficulty in getting queries answered. Not so with IQ! I hadn't heard of IQ prior to my transfer and was a little concerned about whether the company was legit but I needn't have worried. The whole process of transferring to IQ was well explained, my queries answered promptly and clearly by email and I feel like I am receiving a personal service. I am VERY happy and have already recommended them to others.
