Haven't really used the router yet in earnest, but arrived as scheduled. When I had difficulties in getting a device to log onto its network, company responded quickly even though it was a weekend. (For anyone with a similar issue, the password you need is the wifi key, rather than the password. It's printed on the small label on the back of the 4G travel router, so you don't need to look for the details on the main sticker under the device battery.)
