“It would be helpful if you stated on your website that the solar panels come separate from the generator, I was expecting the full order in one delivery. However both came on the same day within two hours of each other.”

“The Jackery explorer 240 and the solar panel combined worked amazing. Last weeks heatwave and direct sunshine had the unit charging at 64 Watts which is more than my house mains charges at. My sister is still camping locally and using my solar panel with her jackery and finds it outstanding. They were unsure about how well it would work but now they want to buy their own.”

“Amazing service and very fast delivery, thank you, would highly recommend. I ordered on Monday morning and received my Jackery power pack and solar panel the following morning. I had time to charge it and have a play before our camping trip the next day. It has made a great addition to our camping kit and was greatly appreciated during the heatwave, kept our camping fridge running.”

“A great website, easy to see their wares. The gear isn't cheap but hopefully you get what you pay for. I was refused interest-free for the first time in my life so had to pay upfront. The order came via two different firms. I never expected that maybe could consider that for future orders. but I am sorted now. have not had time to set it all up yet but we will see.”

“Hampshire generators where so helpful with my choice of a generator as I wanted a pure sine wave one. Once it was ordered I received it delivered into my garage without any fuss at all from there delivery firm. Altogether a good experience, please keep up the good work.”

“Very pleased with the generator, it’s useful in my motor home when no hookup available. There was a minor hiccup with delivery and damage to solar parcel or I would have rated it 5 star. Presumably this was due to carrier rather than suppliers. Fortunately the panel itself was not damaged.”

“Very pleased with item, just really annoyed with customer service, after ordering unit I phoned to ask if they could give me an idea of dilivery dates, and or tracking number. I was told it would be 5 working days, so it would be the following week, that's good because I booked the weekend away,. Only to hear from my daughter who had driven past that their was a box on my door step,?? Good job I live in Nice area or that would gone. Very poor service.”
