“Purchased Jackery 1000 with solar panels. I had a couple of questions, which were answered immediately. The price was cheaper than anywhere else and the postage was far quicker than I thought it would be. Would highly recommend Hampshire Generators. Many thanks”

“I received the jackery 500 on Saturday and I am disappointed as it doesn’t work. I charged it all night and it’s not holding the charge. I am waiting on a reply from jackery china to see what they are going to do about it after speaking to your customer service dept. It also had no media card or warranty card in the box . I hope to have a prompt solution to this. Thanks”

“The part I ordered was delivered the next day and was much cheaper than the dealer part for my generator. The customer services rep confirmed their part would fit and he was spot on ! Great service !”

“Ordering from the website was quick and easy. My generator was delivered within three days as advertised, and worked fine straight out of the box. The only downside was that after ordering, I did not get a confimation email nor any information about the delivery date, until I phoned two days after ordering.”

“We purchased a Jackery solar generator & panel from Hampshire Generators, because of their being a UK company, relatively local, and their undoubted expertise within their field. The latter they clearly demonstrated when we had a few questions that needed answering. Their speed of delivery was equally impressive too. Very happy 😊”

“I am so impressed with Hampshire Generators, found them when I was looking for a Jackery 240 + solar panel. Thier sales and technical team were so helpful, I will certainly go back when I am ready for my next power station purchase. Can't rate the Jackery 240 high enough, has made my camping trip this weekend so much easier in the heat running my cooler and other electronics well made and by far the best brand in the market. thank you”
