“You was supposed to deliver on 2/12/2024 as requested by me but you changed the date to 30/11/2024 and I had to book a day off from work which I was not happy about .”

“I wanted to purchase a Christmas present for a friend consisting of two of the same bottles of wine which were not available if you were ordering on line. I contacted the sales team and was informed that it was not a problem, odrer the 2 bottle pack and let them know the order number, they would then ensure that there were two bottles of the same wine in the package. This was done and delivery was made. Very well packaged. As this is a Christmas present I am unable to comment on the wine, however I am sure that it will be well received.”
