Third year this has happened, spending £100+ on hampers for clients and they arrive with no gift cards. Really takes the shine off a nice gift. Really not impressed.

I'm quite disappointed with the service, so far. When I ordered the vegan Christmas Hamper, the idea I had in mind was that it would be delivered to my friends in Australia on the 1st of December. The item was only prepared to be sent out on the 29th of November and with parcel strikes, it was inevitable that thus was not possible. I should have been notified of the delay and advised of a realistic date when the parcel would arrive. Today is the 8th of December and the only information I have us that it has been exported from the UK. This isn't good customer service, I am very disappointed, and would not use it again.

I ordered this from your Christmas hampers to arrive on 6 Dec, however it was sent out straight away and one item , the cheese went out of date on 12 November. Very disappointed

The person to whom I sent the hamper said that he was very pleased with it; however when I ordered it I was told by you that I would be notified when it was actually sent and that it had been delivered; this did not happen and I had to phone the recipient‘s wife to see if the hamper had arrived as it was supposed to have been a surprise so I was disappointed that after placing the order with you I heard nothing from you until now asking me for a review of Hay Hampers so obviously I am disappointed and will not be using you again. I cannot answer the remaining questions since I do not know the answers and do not wish to ask the recipient.

Disappointed the wine was in small bottles, crackers in tiny packets not what was expected at all & certainly not what paid for too expensive for what was sent

A Christmas gift hamper for elderly parents ordered in early December with a guaranteed delivery by 23rd December was sadly not delivered until December 31st after my follow up. I had used the company on two other occasions and experienced no issues with delivery service. Shame as I recommended to a friend who had a similar experience in December and didn’t get the hamper at all so ended up cancelling the order.

Hi We are sorry to hear you experienced delivery issues. I have checked your details and the order had attempted delivery twice throughout the 23/12/2021 however there were issues with the supplied address. The issue was then resolved, rescheduled and delivered for delivery on 31/12/21. One of the items was incorrect,not as ordered but as I have previously stated the hampers were both well received by the recipients and is the end of the subject as far as I am concerned , have a Happy New Year --Paul K.

I ordered two hampers, one for delivery in Tonbridge and one for Beckenham, both "in time for Xmas". The Tonbridge one was delivered in good time but the Beckenham one did not show up until Xmas Eve, to a small block of flats, no bell was rung, a note left and hamper went to the P.O depot for customer to collect. The customer is 81 years old, this is winter, no car, Covid, etc. so highly inconvenient for her and she had no hamper gift for Xmas even though she was home all day Xmas Eve. Very poor delivery performance.

Order 4 hampers 3 going to one address and one to another communication isn't hays strong point stated you would get emailed 24 hours before shipment doesn't happen you get the email after the hamper as been delivered telling you the item has been dispatched and it seems because they took more late corporate orders on your order wasn't as important so wasn't impressed first time I used them but probably will not use again

The hamper was delivered in time for xmas and the recipients enjoyed the contents. I have only given 2 stars however because it took 1 email and two phone calls to find out what was going on. I was very concerned the hamper would not arrive before xmas and finding out it was being posted the evening of the day it was due to be delivered was not reassuring. Ii suggest anyone ordering asks for delivery two days before it is needed.

One of the hampers I ordered was delivered late. I raised this with your customer service team but the only acknowledgement I had was to let me know when it had been delivered (two days after expected delivery date).

Hay Hamper lost my order for gift of hamper ‘in time for Christmas’. When I queried non arrival of hamper, Hay Hamper asked what I wanted to do. I cancelled order, arranged alternative gift and food. On 31st December - after all guests left- cancelled hamper delivered. No response to email - really disappointing customer service. Would not recommend.
