I made an order for a Christmas present and selected the 19th of December, the item wasn't delivered on the 19th and hadn't even been shipped. I have messages on numerous occasions about my order but with no reply. I called them on the 20th and asked if my order could be delivered on the 21st, as this would be the last day I could accept the delivery as it was a Christmas present. If this was not going to be possible, then the order needed to be canceled and refunded, the person I spoke to said they would call me back and let me know if they could get it to me by the 21st, but as expected I didn't get a call back. The item arrived on the 23rd, so I emailed the company to say please collect, but again no reply to my email or live chat! I would advise to not use this company, as they clearly can't deliver on time or reply to their customers.

I ordered a Hays hamper for my elderly mother. I'm based in Canada, and ordered from this company last year with no issues. This year, the hamper did not arrive on the 19th when it was supposed to. I emailed, called, and emailed again, to no avail. On the 22nd I ordered her a bunch of foods from Amazon Fresh, because I couldn't risk her being without at Christmas, with no other family there to support her. On the 23rd the Hays Hamper arrived. I'm extremely unhappy to say the least, with zero communication from them I had no choice but to get a back up, and now I have paid a lot of money out. I expect nothing less than a full refund from them (which I already asked for when I ordered the other foods). Doubt I'll get it or any words from them at all. Lesson learned. Highly DON'T recommend.

Terrible service booked 2 hampers for 19th told busy will go 20th December then told 23rd am and on the 23rd when all businesses have closed for Christmas that delivery will be 24th for one and not sure on the other. No phones answered only communication by facebook messenger which was terrible also. Do not use

Same horrific service as the rest of the reviews. Delivery date promised, money taken and then no communication what so ever. DO NOT USE this company. I expect a full refund as I will have to go out tomorrow and buy another present so that I have something to give in time for Christmas.

Hamper ordered and money (£75) taken efficiently. Delivery date selected. But no confirmation email. No hamper. No response to email. Phone number on website not working. Gutted. I seem to be one of many.

Gillian. I ordered a hamper a week ago which should have been delivered on the 19th - still not delivered!!! The money has been taken out of my account - is this fraud ? So disappointing, this was for my grandson for Christmas. They do not answer the phone, I have sent emails but don’t get a reply. A disgusting service and not to be recommended. I need this delivered for Christmas or expect a refund.

Hamper should have been delivered 3 days ago. No tracking email has been sent yet. No one is replying to emails and no one is answering the phones. Really disappointed

I ordered on 17th December with a delivery date of 19th. I contacted Hay Hampers on 20th and was told it would be delivered by Saturday 21st. Its now 23rd and still nothing, website still shows status of processing and there is no-one available on live chat and no answer on the telephone number. I need this hamper today as it is a Christmas gift but I cannot get hold of anyone. WILL NOT USE AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE - AVOID!!

Do not use this company. Ordered hamper for a Xmas present in October, hasn’t been delivered and can’t get hold of anyone via call, text, chat or email. Order still showing as pending. They have taken my money though. Horrendous.

Hamper should have been delivered on 19 Dec. It wasn't. Your telephone rep promised that it would be delivered yesterday, 20 Dec. It wasn't. Yesterday afternoon, nobody was anwering the telephone, nobody is responding to electronic messaging. This morning, 21 Dec, nobody is answering the phone. I have a last minute opportunity to retrieve Christmas by other means but Hay Hampers won't even offer me a status report. You have a few hours to save this before I append Hay Hampers to the list of unreliable traders?

Hamper not delivered when they said it was going to be so of very little use. Won't be using them again. Little or no customer service response either. Pretty poor all round really

I ordered a hamper and they sent the wrong item. I have been promised a replacement twice and still no hamper. So disappointed and let down! Would not recommend. Poor customer service. Still waiting 3 weeks later!!!!!

Hamper wasn't delivered on the specified date, i had to chase and was told it hadn't been sent out yet. Incorrect gift card delivered with hamper. Kind of lost the special touch of sending a surprise to a well deserved client! Will not use again

You was supposed to deliver on 2/12/2024 as requested by me but you changed the date to 30/11/2024 and I had to book a day off from work which I was not happy about .

I don’t get it, we received one of these from our company for Christmas, all contained in a pretty ugly bag, a few mediocre bits of Christmas food then a lump of hay chucked on top. I’d have preferred the money to be honest. Bah Humbug. 👎🏻👋🏻
