“Overall, I am pleased with the process of ordering with Hay Hampers and the delivery; however, we did receive duplicates of some items -- not a massive problem, but we were hoping for a bit more diversity in product. The corn snacks were incredible. Thank you!”

“I originally went with a different company which was going to take 5 days to deliver. On day 5 they messaged to say they out of stock and couldn't deliver. It was my brother's birthday the next day and I was very upset I wouldn't get a hamper to him on time. I then came onto Hay Hampers that afternoon and they were able to deliver the next day! Superb. Very happy with this service 😊”

“Ordered a large hamper for next delivery, as a thank you for the Pre-school and they were exceptional. Spoke with a lady over the phone as i was concerned it would be delivered out of school hours, and she was absolutely amazing. Her impeccable service is worth coming back for.”

“Hamper arrived with out of date products, both Hay Hampers and Amazon refused to take responsibility. The products themselves are rather cheap and nasty looking and the use of polystyrene filling is disappointing. Avoid Hay Hampers.”

“Sent a fabulous thank you hamper of the Italian range and the person receiving it was absolutely delighted with it, plus the service. Definitely recommend Hay Hampers as they are a good company that I have used in the past and helped with any issues I had with deliveries etc.”
