“Unfortunately i did not get to see the hamper as i had it delivered to the person in another city from me however he said the items were really tasteful and he loved the chocolates in particular. There was so much, more than he alone could eat so he shared them out with his daughters. Really good value for money.”

“I haven't seen the hamper myself as l ordered it to be sent to a friend on his 80th Birthday. He was absolutely delighted with it and thought it was a great present because, what do you buy for an 80th when we have everything we need. His wife was also delighted with the bag it came in so all in all a great buy. I will dfinitely buy from you again. Great service and delivery too.”

“Good website and fair prices. The Lager & Nibbles hamper was well packaged and good value for the contents. I chose a delivery date at the time of ordering and received my Order on the chosen day with good communication regarding that. Excellent service.”

Hello Nigel, Thank you for your order. I can see from the tracking that your hamper order was attempted delivery on Friday 1st May at 16:10 and again on the next working day on Tuesday 5th May at 09:36 and a third an final attempt on Wednesday 6th May at 09:50. Unfortunately in all three instance no-one was available to take delivery. A card should have been left for the intended recipient advising them to contact their local depot to arrange a re-delivery/collection. “Very good hamper as advertised, delivered next day as promised. Upon opening by recipient there were a couple of items which had been crushed, box of cheese straws and a packet of cracker biscuits but overall good variety of food stuffs.”

“Hay Hampers was the perfect solution for a birthday gift for my brother who lives some distance away. There was a good choice of hampers at various prices so I was able to find one which suited my purpose. Communications were good and helpful. My brother assured me that the contents arrived in perfect condition and he is happily munching his way through the contents. A good purchase.”

“This is my 6th time that I’ve used Hay Hampers and they’ve never disappointed. Their service is exceptional, quick email response to queries and delivery is on time. I couldn’t praise them enough. I discovered them during Covid and wanted to gift my sister who was going through the Covid blues and they’ve been my staple ever since. Thanks guys!”

“Very satisfied with thre hampers content and price, however I recieved an email guaranteeing that, as long I had booked by 2pm that day, which I had done the item would be able to be selected for next day delivery. The hamper was purchased prior to this deadline and was bought on Thursday the 12th of March as a mothers day gift and requested to be delivered on Saturday the 14th, two days after purchase and I had paid the 7 pounds postage costs to ensure this would happen. The item did not arrive on time it arrived on Monday the 16th adrer mothers day defeating the intended point of purchasing and now as such as I reluctant to buses Hays Hampers again”

Hello Mike, Please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving the hamper. We did despatch the hamper it time for the Saturday delivery, unfortunately there was an issue with the carrier network.
