“Ordered a lovely hamper for my dad & step mum up in the north of Scotland. There was a problem with the delivery (my fault, I’d put the wrong house number on it!) but I phoned and spoke to a lovely woman at customer service who sorted it out for me and the hamper was re-delivered within a couple of days & in plenty of time for Christmas! My dad & his wife were very happy with the gift. Will definitely use Hays hampers again.”

“The hamper itself was fantastic and greatly appreciated by the recipients. However, Parcelforce were absolutely dire - they attempted to deliver to a completely wrong address than that provided (& that shown on the tracker). They almost returned the hamper and it was only by chance that the residents at the wrong address happened to be in on their final attempt, and were able to direct them to the correct address (i.e. the one that was actually shown on the order) that the hamper was delivered. There appears to be no way for me to contact Parcelforce directly to provide this feedback.”

“Thanks once again for the Team at Hay Hampers for providing a great selection of Hampers for Christmas 2025. The website is easy to select a hamper to suit all budgets and types and styles -to include dietary needs. Communication is great once the Hampers are ready for despatch with up to date information recieved from the delivery orgnisation whoever that may be . Great service as ever and be back in 2026 - Merry Christmas and Happy New Year”
