“The ordering process and delivery were very straightforward & your admin team very helpful. Overall, the hamper was very good, bar the fact that the chocolates were vegan and oversweet without the tru chocolatey taste. This was a real disappointment to the recipient sadly”

“We have been getting Hays Hampers for an elderly relative a couple of times a year for a number of years. We have found the customer support to be consistently excellent. Delivery are completed as scheduled and it's great to see the proof of delivery from the other side of the world. The elderly relative appreciates and enjoys the contents of the hampers. Happy to recommend.”

Hello Jenny, Thank you for your order and choosing Hay Hampers. According to the tracking the delivery was attempted twice and unfortunately no-one was available to take receipt of the hamper. The package is now at the local depot awaiting collection or a re-delivery request. I will email you separately to ensure we can get the hamper to the recipient. Kind regards Jen Hay Hampers
