“We order a Hamper from Hay Hampers every year for my Husbands Parents in Scotland. They Love the Hampers and have so far never been dissapointed with the contence of them or their presentation. Filling in the order on line is very clear and very easy, which we like, that includes their delivery slots too. We have never experienced any delivery problems except for this past year, Christmas 2025. My Father-in-law stayed in all day and it didnt turn up! Nor was a card put through the door. My Mother-in-law contacted them (she is 85) and they deliverd it the next day, saying they couldnt find a parking space near enough to her door!”

“My sister in law had been in hospital after an accident and came home on crutches. Your The Night Before Christmas Hamper delivered a couple of days before the 25th was just the ticket and cheered her up greatly. She was very happy with all the goodies. Thank you for your good service.”

“The quality of the Hampers I bought is fabulous. I had very good feedback from the people to whom I gifted them. My only downside is that I had to follow up on delivery as I hadn't received the Hampers by 7 days after the order. It appears that my order had got lost. Once I had alerted Hay Hampers to this they rectified the situation immediately and the Hampers arrived the next day.”

“A mixup with delivery, mainly omitting delivery address when ordering. The resolution was haphazard and gave rise to extra costs which were not appreciated. Will not use them again, as had similar issues with a previous order.”

Firstly, please accept my apologies for the problems and troubles you have incurred when dealing with Hay Hampers, we strive to provide a positive experience and ensure customer satisfaction, and unfortunately this has not been met. We have recently moved to a new updated version of our website, and incurred some issues that have now resolved with our IT teams, so please accept my apologies with the problems with adding the delivery address to the order. Our carrier charges for hampers to be re-directed or resent out for replacements so we do have a re-send fee for the hampers. “First time using Hay Hampers for gifts. Christmas hamper delivered on time to Mum in Boston, Lincs. Have used a couple of companies previously but Mum said this was the best quality hamper of the lot. Thank you to the Hay Hampers team for making Christmas that little bit more special for Mum. “Hampers were easy to order and they were delivered to my recipients on time. I did not include alcohol in the orders. I got one for myself and the contents were all good quality. They included the conventional items - tea, mince pies, biscuits etc - all good for a sweet tooth, but what about coffee drinkers and savoury cravers?”

“Due to a Parcelforce issue, the hamper was not delivered in time. There was no communication regarding this, and website did not make it easy to find out anything other than dispatched. Eventually I rang Hay Hampers to enquire, and scheduled a new delivery, which was successfully completed. Hamper content is always first class.”
