“Hay Hampers was the perfect solution for a birthday gift for my brother who lives some distance away. There was a good choice of hampers at various prices so I was able to find one which suited my purpose. Communications were good and helpful. My brother assured me that the contents arrived in perfect condition and he is happily munching his way through the contents. A good purchase.”

“This is my 6th time that I’ve used Hay Hampers and they’ve never disappointed. Their service is exceptional, quick email response to queries and delivery is on time. I couldn’t praise them enough. I discovered them during Covid and wanted to gift my sister who was going through the Covid blues and they’ve been my staple ever since. Thanks guys!”

“Very satisfied with thre hampers content and price, however I recieved an email guaranteeing that, as long I had booked by 2pm that day, which I had done the item would be able to be selected for next day delivery. The hamper was purchased prior to this deadline and was bought on Thursday the 12th of March as a mothers day gift and requested to be delivered on Saturday the 14th, two days after purchase and I had paid the 7 pounds postage costs to ensure this would happen. The item did not arrive on time it arrived on Monday the 16th adrer mothers day defeating the intended point of purchasing and now as such as I reluctant to buses Hays Hampers again”

Hello Mike, Please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving the hamper. We did despatch the hamper it time for the Saturday delivery, unfortunately there was an issue with the carrier network. “Very pleased with the hamper. And actually what was in it? No complaints there whatsoever. However, I ordered the hamper for delivery on a Monday and it wasn't delivered till over 10 days later, meaning that it missed completely. The point of arriving on the time we'd asked it to, so this was clearly very disappointing and probably good enough reason for us not to come back. And use, hey, hampers again.”

“The recipients of the hamper were very pleased with it. Great content and all beautifully packaged. Only a tiny issue with the carriers delay in delivering but was very quickly addressed with an email. Customer service was prompt to respond and rectify.”

“Good hamper would help if they sent you a gift bag too especially for the bigger parcels. I really struggled with carrying this to client meeting so had to buy a storage bag! I would have paid extra for a gift bag”

“Hay Hampers are wonderful, but delivery issues still occur. We received a message, in California, that they could not deliver the package, which created anxiety. Then, a short time later, I received an email from the recipient, in UK, that the package had arrived and they were thrilled. This review is a good example of further confustion. I have no idea who made the delivery or how long it took and I was unable to click "no" on the last two items.”

“Delivery dates were a bit confusing, but when I emailed customer services they got back to me quickly and sorted it out. The hamper arrived at my son's flat on the designated day for his Birthday and he really enjoyed it.”

“Excellent service, as always. Customer service is quick to respond and always helpful and willing to help arrange delivery of the hampers to my elderly mother, who is hard of hearing. My mother always seems to enjoy the content of the hampers. Highly recommended.”

“We order a Hamper from Hay Hampers every year for my Husbands Parents in Scotland. They Love the Hampers and have so far never been dissapointed with the contence of them or their presentation. Filling in the order on line is very clear and very easy, which we like, that includes their delivery slots too. We have never experienced any delivery problems except for this past year, Christmas 2025. My Father-in-law stayed in all day and it didnt turn up! Nor was a card put through the door. My Mother-in-law contacted them (she is 85) and they deliverd it the next day, saying they couldnt find a parking space near enough to her door!”

“My sister in law had been in hospital after an accident and came home on crutches. Your The Night Before Christmas Hamper delivered a couple of days before the 25th was just the ticket and cheered her up greatly. She was very happy with all the goodies. Thank you for your good service.”
