It's difficult to say how you've done as so far you've only taken my money and the hamper is going to someone else. That said, the hamper I wanted was in stock and the website was OK and fairly intuitive.

One parcel didn't arrive, emails weren't answered, eventually sorted via live chat but 2nd parcel quality wasn't great unfortunately.

Hi I orderd the hamper for my fathers birthaday. He said the packaging was immaculate its just what was inside wasn't great. So there you have it, you ask for reviews! Be careful what you ask for!

I'm afraid that we were disapointed. The Stilton cheese had only one day shelf life left on it. Whilst I know that cheese can last a lot longer the Stilton was really strong and had an unpleasant odour. This was a birthday present fort my husband so disappointing.

I paid extra for a Saturday delivery, but the hamper was sent early because of possible strike action by the carrier. I realise this was a problem for you, but felt that you should have said on your website that you would be sending hampers early.

I didn't see the hamper as it was wrapped as soon as it arrived in the box. My feedback was that the recipient was not all that enamoured with the contents. Not being Jewish,I cannot comment on why that was the case. As it was supposed to be a Hanukah hamper, I can only assume it fell short of their expectation

Unfortunately the shortbread was smashed open upon arrival. I tried messaging the team about this, just to let them know. In which I received a response that wasn't very helpful

I bought a non alcoholic cheese hamper for my sister 50th birthday. But was disappointed when it arrived with a real ale chutney. When I called to tell them they were all very apologetic and rectified this. My sister loved the hamper but so disappointed to see after a month the real ale chutney still showing in the non alcoholic products section!

I ordered two hampers for separate addresses on 3rd December. They got delivered on 24th December at 8am. It took really long and there was no communication from the seller. Once I chased up before Christmas they got delivered and my friends were very happy with them. I deducted the 2 stars for communication and late delivery otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Ordered 2 hampers. One looked perfect. the other came with a Porkpie that was out of date by the time I'm was gifted- use by was 26 Dec. Wouldn't use them again.

Hi Richard Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry about this. We work hard to monitor all our items and ensure products are well within their use-by date. With some perishable items, they are stored in our freezers so once out for delivery they will begin to defrost and by the time they reach the customer, we advise them to be consumed within a few days to enjoy them. I have always used Hay Hsmoers in the past and decided to use them for the Christmas hampers. I ordered early December (6th & 7th) & selected item saying “in time for christmas” as there was no other choice, even for specific days. My friends did not receive the hampers until the very last few days right before Christmas Eve, and the orders tracker on the website was always stuck at processing. I was advised by Customer Services to take a screen shot & email it to the Sales email inbox to get a status on the orders. I understand it was a busy time but I should need to chase up for many orders I placed early on, only to find they were sent just before Christmas Eve - I will continue to use the service as I do like the choices on offer

WE ORDERED EARLY BUT THERE WAS A QUERY REGARDING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ONLY A FEW DAYS BEFORE IT SHOULD BE DELIVERED. iT WAS FINALLY DELIVERED ON TIME.

i ordered on 6th December and it was delivered on the 23rd, about 2 hours before i needed to present them to staff......a nail-biting experience!! Other hamper suppliers delivered within the week. So...technically it arrived on-time, i.e. before Christmas, but I can do without the stress, so will be ordering elsewhere next year.

For the second year running one of the hampers ordered did not arrive on the date requested. Delivery dates are not chosen at random, they are required for specific reasons. Your company cannot guarantee a delivery date as you are beholden to the vagaries of Parcel Force. Why not advise your customers that a 48 hour time slot is more realistic. Unfortunately, as the hampers themselves are delicious, there will be no third year. Covid was not an acceptable excuse as the hamper in question sat in the distribution centre, not that far from the delivery address, for 24 hours.
