“The hood seems fine, though it doesn’t match the picture on the web site- it being completely matt whereas the photo seems to suggest some if it is polished. I was hoping there would be some fitting instructions. I have contacted you for this but to date I have had no reply”

“The Fireplace Fender arrived quickly and I'm really pleased with the product and it is good quality. There was a slight issue with the finish on one piece but upon contact with the company I received a replacement part the next day. Excellent customer service, thank you.”

“delivery much later than the week that was stated on site--kept enquiring as to when it would be delivered and given various excuses---glad when it arrived as i couldn,t put open fire on therefore no heating no hot water albeit it is now in situ and doing the job thank you”

“I am very disappointed with your service ,the first grate sent last week was left at a garage on the mainland 10miles round trip away,I am 80yrs old and the courier did not inform any one that he had left it there. when it came it was the wrong size,a replacement was sent by the same useless courier on Thursday and its now Sunday and no sign of it, I have spent the coldest week of the year with no fire so I will not be dealing with you again . I have also found the same grate on line up to £10 cheaper”
