“Placed an order and had to chase it up twice over 2 weeks and then told item wasn’t in stock for another 2 months!! They hadn’t bothered to contact me and had I not chased it up I’d have been none the wiser. Diabolical customer service will never order from them again”

“It was an absolute pleasure to speak with the lady at GFA she was incredibly helpful as I was unsure of grate size. Her advise was spot on and the grate fits perfectly. A certain broadband company (who also runs an airline) could learn a thing or two about customer service from her. Well done!”

“Pleased with the product. Good quality and delivered promptly and very well packaged. However, the description of the item on their website could be clearer. I expected flat metal plates to protect my fireplace but they are raised. Wasn't an issue but a better description would have been helpful”

“Brilliant website with a fantastic range of accessories. If you know exactly what you want and check their very accurate dimensions then you will find what you want. The courier service to Northern Ireland was a day later than promised, for no apparent reason but that is no reflection on Grate Fireplace Accessories.”
