“The fire brick I was told I needed is way too small for the burner, I have had to buy another Fife brick and make it fit along with the one you sold me. Very disappointed. On the plus side it was delivered on time.”

“I didn't receive the item. The conpany produced a blury set of photos which is supposed to be proof of delivery, I can't read any addresses on the images so it is not proof of delivery. I have written to the company a couple of tu es asking for a refund or the gloves I ordered but they don't seem keen on responding to me. Customer service is non responsive at this point.”

“The griddle fitted perfectly unfortunately the fire bricks were all too small , if the company had specified the size I could have ordered the correct size to fit my fire , I did not know that there more than one size available therefore I had to return the fire bricks for credit , I feel that the various sizes should be made clear in order the customer receives the correct size Roy.”

“Delivery was delayed and it was difficult to make contact with GFA which was really frustrating. The order confirmation email has no means of checking the status of delivery and refers to a red note to track order but it's not evident how to access this.the email address provided in the voice message is incoherent. Took alot of effort on my behalf to establish what the situation was. But product arrived really well.packaged.”
