“I'm not sure why I am being asked to give a review. I have ordered something through Grate Fireplace Accessories, but... - I have never received a confirmation email of what I ordered - I have never been given an update of when it will arrive - I have received 3 special offer marketing emails - I have received a request to review the service Not sure what else to say. Would be nice if your customer service extended to something more than marketing campaigns”

Hello Gareth, Thank you for your review, you would have received an automated confirmation e-mail when you placed the order but it may have gone into your junk/spam folder which occasionally happens. With reference to delivery - as you have ordered a custom made item it is an approximate 3 week lead time which is advised on the website hence why you have not received any delivery details yet but as soon as your ashpan is ready you will receive an e-mail to let you know it is on the way. “I had to chase up an order after not hearing from the company after 2 and a half weeks of waiting for my order to be delivered with no communication from the Company to let me know there is a delay and for what reason. I recieved nothing from them and I had to make the first move to find out where my order is.”
