“Efficient, in accepting informing and processing my order. As soon as my order was despatced to the Carrier. Things went wrong. After many messages to and from the Carriers with no definate results. Twenty days later,after many efforts trying to get answers from Grate Firepalace Accessorie and Carriers, I had an engineer effect a repair and informed Supplier of the dreadful service and wanted money back. Then received email from Jo at AGF.informed me that a another tube of glue would be sent to me. Over to you! Do you really care about your customers? Regards, E Verne”

“I've previously ordered from and was happy with there service. This time I was not. The piece of glass had a a noticable chip in the corner. Id decided to still fit it and keep it but wanted to make them aware for when I ordered in the future and in case the glass suddenly cracked. I couldn't find an email address. I couldn't get through on the phone but I could leave a message. I left a message on the 19th Aug 2024 at 1.16pm and no one returned the call. I left another on the 20th Aug 2024 at 2.20pm and again no one returned the call. I have got photos of the chip that I wanted them to be aware of but still have not been able to send the photo or speak to them. Very unhappy customer.”
