“The Grate Fireplace Accessories provides the best customer service I’ve encountered. We ordered by phone and were dealt with by a friendly helpful sales person. The item arrived earlier than expected but had been damaged in transit. Again a friendly response to our phone call and without quibble a replacement was dispatched and happily arrived safely. “Fantastic, helpful and friendly service and really pleased with quality and value for money. My only gripe is the delivery arrangements, the courier did not advise when they were coming and do not give time slots for rearranged deliveries. This made it extremely annoying and frustrating, they told me that this is the arrangement agreed with the vendor but could be upgraded to a "normal" courier service at the vendors request (I expect at more expense). I would NEVER order anything again from anyone who used this courier offering the service arrangement I received. I am not unemployed and don't have time to waste. If I had been offered a choice, I would have been happy to pay any extra for a "normal" delivery. This is the second time I have been a victim of this courier (different vendors) and their ridiculous arrangements. Anything I order now I always make sure the courier is not DX.”
