“This is a great company to deal with. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and they have a superb made-to-measure service for quality fire surrounds. My fire surround was delivered two weeks earlier than expected and other items were delivered earlier as requested. Unfortunately, the courier company bringing the "other items" damaged the parcel and despite it being well packed one of the items was damaged. I phoned Grate Fireplace Accessories, then sent them photos of the package as received and the damaged article and I received a replacement the very next day. Superb customer service and the staff are so pleasant to deal with. Thank you team, I will be back when I need more supplies.”

“Hi. I’m sorry I had to return this item as it didn’t fit. My present fret is a Magiglo and although it’s a 16 inch.the one I bought didn’t fit the recess it splayed out at the bottom. I’m disappointed as it was good quality and just what I wanted. Please let me know if you have received this item. I need a refund and I haven’t heard from you regarding this. “Had two orders from Grate Fireplace the first time they were very helpful and helped me confirm the correct grate for my Evergreen Asley stove and supplied the part quickly. The second order was processed in the same efficient manner even though it had to be ordered specially”

“Terrific product - does exactly what it says it does! Cannot rate this product high enough for aga owners looking for a replacement for the discontinued Stovax gel glass cleaner. Nothing I tried would touch cleaning the inside of the chrome hobs on the aga until now. Happy aga owner again!”
