“Grate fits fine & the fire bricks are ok but didn't understand the v-shaped ends. Would be ok if they fit male/female but all groves are female. Shaved a bit off with grinder & they now fit fine.”

“Received a consignment of 27 tiles, however 4 were damaged upon arrival. Contact Grate Fireplace Accessories who were very quick to acknowledge and sent out the replacement tiles. Excellent customer service, quick correspondence and first class communication.”

“Ordered stove rope and glue. After 3 weeks no sign of order. Contacted company who advised that glue was not available and their supplier could not advise when delivery was expected. In order to improve customer experience, Grate Fireplace Accessories should have contacted myself to advise of this but I was only advised after contacting them. Staff dealing with my enquiry were friendly and asked if I wished to go ahead with the order. I therefore cancelled the order for the glue, the cost of which was reimbursed but wished to go ahead with the stove rope order. The rope was received quickly. I had ordered 2 metres of the rope, but when received they had sent 2 x 1 metre lengths. There is no facility on their ordering to request 2 metres but given the fact that I had ordered 2 metres in length I assumed I would receive a full 2 metres. 1 metre is probably too short for most modern stoves. They should amend their ordering screen to take account of this. All in all not a bad company but they have to improve their customer communication and ordering process.”
