“My purchase was brilliant I am really pleased with it. The reason I’ve only given 3 stars is due to the fact I had to pay £16.95 delivery charge because I live in the Highlands. That is £10 over the normal delivery charge for everywhere else. My order took 5 days to arrive so it wasn’t even a next day delivery. We live just 20 miles from Inverness so I have no idea why we are being chastised with such extortionate charges. So regrettably, I won’t be ordering from them again.”

“Excellent quality fire, looks great and kicks out lots of heat. Company are easy to deal with. Fire arrived on time and very well packaged. Installer was surprised how cheap it was considering the build quality. (Ecosy+ Panoramic DEFRA approved 5Kw.”

“I received my fire grates very quickly but unfortunately they were smaller than I originally ordered. I emailed the company and this was very quickly and efficiently rectified by Jo in the sales team. The grates appear to be good quality too, so I would recommend this company despite the error.”
