“Excellent customer service … I was struggling to find all the elements to fit my open fireplace but Jo was so helpful and we found the perfect fireplace front, grate and Ashpan. We spoke on the telephone and also by email. She responded super quick each time. Highly recommend 👍🏻”

“These guys know what they are doing. Website easy to navigate, ordered before 2pm on Friday and Saturday morning at 8am the glass for the log burner arrived. I would recommend this company and will use again. Thanks ever so much”

“Ordered a fire cement, adhesive and grout to repair woodburner. Items were priced fair and delievered promptly. Only negative being, that although items were packaged well, could of done with a 'this way up' on the box, as when opened grout and cement were upside down and lids had nearly come off/split!”

“After 2 years of trying to find a fire grate we came across this by accident and spoke with the gas fitter and it was compatible with the original. It was sent that day and arrived the next day this company is great and if I would deal with them again. The receptionist was also great to deal with me not having any fireplace skills.”

“I rang to confirm the dimensions of to item I purchsed. The lady I spoke to was polite, efficient and effective and dealt with my query in very short order. Delivery was speedy and the part was correct and acceptable. What more could you want?”

“Ordered quarry tiles for my new fire hearth. Not only were they dispatched promptly, but the product quality was superb. They arrived very well packed by courier. Customer service was outstanding, couldn't do enough to help. A really great company. I will definately deal again.”

“Paint great the only trouble is I think you’ve changed the nozzle on the cans as they kept getting blocked up every few seconds I used the old nozzle of the cans I had a few years ago and they are much better. Other than that great paint good coverage”
