“Unfortunately didn't receive item as wasn't available until January but correspondence with the company was first rate very apologetic that they couldn't deliver sooner and refund was credited back very quickly if i had received the item this would be 5star rating.”

“Be very careful using this company. I ordered a fire for delivery before Xmas. Having heard nothing about delivery after 3 weeks I chased the order. I was then told the item was no longer manufactured with no chance then of getting another fire. Disgraceful”
