“Can only award one * as still have nothing to review three weeks and several emails and a phone call later. Cannot use stove without replacement glass as unable to control fire. robtw”

“I ordered a replacement glass for a wood burner, it wasn’t in stock but would be delivered in 3-4 days (Thursday) no confirmation received, rang on Thursday to be told it had not been received by your company but would be latest the next day. Rang again on Monday to be told still not received and they would chase and get back to me., had to ring again to be told probably believers by next day. I cancelled the order. Ordered from another company and received the following day. Luckily the weather was mind but customers not happy with the delays. I would have thought you would have chase your supplier when it didn’t turn up on the scheduled day and not rely on your customers to chase you.”
