“I bought the finish from yourselves to skim a fireplace for a customer, worst product I have ever used as a professional plasterer of over 30 years it’s just like using neat cement took hours to set to try and I use the word try and trowel up”

“It took 2 weeks for a simple delivery, Only when i complained i haven’t received it , it was sent the next day This just shows they’ve forgotten about my order , simple as that … Definitely won’t purchase again”

Hello Mr Neculaiu, Thank you for your review, we are sorry you had a delay on receiving your order but i can assure you we had not forgotten about your order this would not be possible on our system. Some items from Vitcas are back ordered items which are usually 3 to 5 working days and the Silcas A-Refractory Mortar is one of those items but it seems there was day or two delay on stock arriving. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
