“We have yet to use the tiles yet ,but the service I received was excellent .I mistakenly ordered 2 different types of tiles ..... the guys picking the order noticed and I was contacted to check whether a mistake had been made!!!! Saying me time and money the lady was extremely helpful in helping me decide what I actually wanted .First class !!!!”

“Paid for next day delivery.Waited in all day for delivery which never arrived.Rang the company up 15 minutes before it was due to shut to be told my item was damaged and they intended to ring me up before they shut that day.Surely they knew the day before it was damaged before sending it out for delivery.Item turned up 4 days later.Never even offered to refund next day delivery charge 👎🏻.”
