“I was asked for exact dimensions and curve as it is custom made and when it arrived it was flat plate with the curve I sent by post at the top.when it asked for exact sizes I would have drawn it out precisely if top was curved, A subsequent communication for you said you can't supply curved glass and there is no refund as it was special order.”

“Good quality fender for the price, finishes the fireplace off nicely. Arrived well packaged but only gripe is that I changed the delivery date (as no one was going to be in) and delivery company just ignored and delivered on original day leaving package in the rain all day until I got home from work. Would have been 5 stars had it not been for this.”

“Order came quicker than expected. Bought a fire fender and a made to measure fire guard. Our previous guard let sparks escape and have 2 burns on leather sofas. Hope this one does the job to protect new suite!”

“I bought a fire trim in matt black, because the black paint is spray painted the surface was chipped. I am going to see if I can repaint the fire trim in hammerite paint not sure if it works. very poor quality!”
