“We ordered a custom version of the 'Box Closed Fire Screen' from The Noble Collection, as we need something to fit snugly around the fireplace to prevent animal access. Ordering was easy, and there was good communication while awaiting the delivery. As ours was so large, extra strengthening bars needed to be added, and again this was clearly communicated and checked. By no means a 'cheap' fire screen when ordered in this way, but there was nobody else out there who could meet the requirements, short of a completely bespoke item that would have been even pricier.”

Hello Neil, Thank you for your review, I have checked but can not see any correspondence regarding you receiving the wron item but on looking at your order we can see you ordered and received the bricks for the Tiger Inset (3 piece) which is quite a bit cheaper and smaller than the Multi Fuel which are probably the ones you need. “Amazing Quality Fire fender. Lovely workmanship surpassed my expectations. Nice weighted cast iron. Our fireside hearth is 4ft long & 6cm high from fitted carpet & the 4ft fender fits well. The fire fender has added character & safety to our log fire. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this seller.”

“Purchased a Cromwell fire basket, purely for aesthetic look with logs. It's not going to be used as a real fire. It is a great looking, solid grate. Excuse the pun. Perfect for my display purpose. At a cost effective price as well. Very pleased with purchase.”

“Had to chase delivery as quite slow. Delivered very quickly after that. Felt the picture on line was a bit misleading I thought I was buying the full set of fire bricks for my Glaisdale log burner but it was only one side. Probably my fault for not reading carefully but the picture shows a full set!”
