“I ordered a custom made fire trim for around the opening of my log burner and at the time I thought it was a bit pricey and would take a few weeks to come but I take it all back, its brilliant, quality and worth every penny. Can I say to the fabricator thank you so much. This has finished off the look in my living room and just looks classey. Thank you so much and for all help online as was a bit nervous about measuring up and mucking the hole think up. Well packaged too.”

“Ordering online was easy, I found the correct woodburner glass. Paid extra for next day delivery. Parcel was received by midweek but unfortunately the wrong glass was supplied. Customer service was quick to rectify but the new glass took a long time to arrive. I suggest that you do not pay extra for faster delivery as it does not make any difference. I have asked for my extra postage charge to be refunded but have not heard back from the company yet. I'm afraid that if I need future parts for my woodburner I will be trying another supplier.”

Hello Amanda, Thank you for your review, we have checked your order and can see that unfortunately you were sent the incorrect glass which as you said was rectified as quickly as possible. You placed the initial order on the evening of the Friday 1st which was after the 2pm next day cut off so your order was dispatched first thing Monday. With reference to the correct glass i have checked and can see that we had to order the correct shape in for you which was received by yourself on the 12th. We have refunded the difference from the next working day to you but this may take 3 or 4 days for your bank to show it on your account. We are sorry for the delay. “Products arrived as advertised and at lower cost than on a well known shopping site named after a river running through Brazil. Grate Fireplace website could benefit from adding more dimensions / more technical information, to avoid the risk or ordering the wrong sizes.”
