“Your company is one of the few places I can find Poire Williams brandy. You have a great selection of products and delivery is always speedy. My only reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 is that you offer bulk discounts for wine purchases but nothing on sprints which is a shame.”

“We were waiting the order by Saturday. Your/Parcel Force app. showed the delivery van hoovering around our home until 4 pm. The said order had been taken back to the Depo. Yesterday arrived in the morning. Thanks”

“We wanted a specific wine. Fraziers stock it at a competitive price. Ordering was easy and the wine safely delivered on the day it was promised. It was a little late but it was not a major issue for us. We could watch the courier's progress!”

“I placed an order online to be delivered with a card plus a message. The Website was a bit vague as to where to input the message so a phone call was made and confirmation confirmed and message was their but the call could have been avoided if the Web adminstrator read what they wrote , besides that present was delivered and well received . Delivery was a day late but date was not a choice.”

“Ordered and arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the person I bought the wine for didn’t much like the wine itself as he felt it was a bit ‘thin’ (white Rioja) but taste is a very personal thing I suppose! I would look to try some different ones as we like the idea of half bottles.”

“I have used Frazier's wine merchant for some time, they have a very good selection and the promptness and robust packaging assures quick delivery. Their recommendations are usually good , , I just wish they would give some tasting notes or more information about their offerings to make 5 star for me”

“Good selection and quickly dispatched. Slightly disappointed as the £80 bottle of Vintage port had a rip in the label which wasn't ideal. Unfortunately, there was not sufficient time to raise this as it was being gifted immediately so I can't comment on customer services. I am sure they would have replaced it with another bottle if I had asked.”
