“I'm delighted with the service from Fatstick. A problem with the courier was resolved immediately and in a cheerful and thoughtful manner. I'm also really delighted with the robe. It is so warm and perfect after a swim in a freezing loch, or for a chilly evening on the campsite with a glass of wine. I would highly recommend this product . I think that I may have discovered a new family favourite brand. Keep up the good work Fatstick, and thank you!!”

“Following many months of research for SUP boards, we decided to take the plunge and purchase two boards and accessories from Fatstick. There was some confusion regarding delivery, however Fatstick resolved the difficulties. Customer Service is second to none. Boards are amazing! Quality, aesthetics, guarantee, rideability, and price make this branding a winner! We will be purchasing another Fatstick board for our 14 year old soon!”

“Brilliant service, ordered ex demo hard board just to try love the difference to inflatable. Wife couldn't resist pink board which is really light and stable. Just need to find bag to transport hard board.”

“I have only put the paddle board in the bag so far - the old bag that came with the paddle board ( a different make ) had two broken zips . There is plenty of room in the Fatstick bag with some spare . Easy to wheel - so far I’m very happy with the bag”

“An absolutely superb customer service, hands down the only SUP company I recommend to all my friends. Definitely a proud member of the Fatstick Family. Doesn’t matter what Fatstick model you choose, they are all superbly designed, robust, look great, specced well and ride everything. A genuinely great company run by people who love what they do and it shows. If you don’t have one, Buy one”

“Very happy with the 3 piece full carbon paddle blue. first attempt of delivery the paddle went missing in the post, basically pinched in sorting office. We contacted fat stick, explained what had happened, they sent another one out straight away. Very good customer service and will use again”

“This is my second board from Fatstick. Having had an original Snot Rocket I have now purchased the second generation of the same ISUP. These boards are great and do exactly what they say they will do. I’m a big lad. This board surfs, paddles and is a good board to teach on.”

“I finally took the plunge and upgraded my current all round board to the fatstick touring board package which was on offer. Delivery service was fabulous and they also answered my questions before I made the purchase. The board has been put to use and I’m really happy with it. Can’t wait to get out more this year and give it some real road testing. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from this company.”

“I am going to give you top marks for the board even though I have not taken it out on the water yet, the bag was well made brilliant pumps and everything was there was well protected. For this price range ( £600) you can't go wrong I thoroughly recommend Fatstick”

“I’ve actually bought 6 Fatstick iSUPs now for friends and family over the years , I’ve been on other iSUPs and none come close to the build quality or ease of use on the water apart from maybe RED but they’re double in price and always look very plain and boring , even the accessories like the bag with wheels have been well thought through with strength and plenty of storage space , and they plant a tree with every purchase - how cool is that !”

“I purchased the Pure Art 10ft 6 inflatable board from Fatstick after having my eye on it for a couple of years. The company were recommended to me by a friend who had purchased two Fatstick boards herself and they had been recommended to her by someone else. The designs are really nice and they are double skinned so that gives peace of mind when out on the water that your board won’t deflate. After going out on my friend’s board a few times I decided to buy my own and really glad I did. Also, Andy is really friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Feels like a down to Earth family business selling high quality boards. I didn’t buy the electric pump (probably will do at some point) but I surprised myself and managed to inflate the board all by myself using the hand pump and it didn’t take long at all. Really easy to set up but if you’re unsure, there are some helpful videos online and also on the Fatstick website/Facebook/Instagram pages. Really pleased with my purchase. Re delivery - the board was shipped the next working day but I had to delay delivery with the courier due to other plans. It probably would have arrived within 2 working days otherwise.”
