“I just bought two Fatstick Pure Art packages. Ordered on Sunday and arrived in perfect condition in Ireland by Thursday. So far it looks a quality product, everything working. The help I got from the staff was totally 100% top quality. I have never seen such good customer service like this before. I can’t wait to get out on the water and start this new direction of my life. Thanks again and I will look forward to dealing with you again. Mike.”

“Very satisfied. I am a beginner, not a technical expert, so I can't comment on subtle details but having been out on my new board a couple of times it is exactly what I wanted. The board and accessories feel well made and well thought-out. I have now used it on both the tidal and non-tidal parts of the Thames and felt safe and stable on both, even in the wash of motorised traffic. I had previously been out on instructors' boards for a couple of lessons in different places, this board feels familiar and just as good although I am sure it cost a lot less. Talking to other paddlers seems to confirm that this package was very good value. Customer service was excellent: my board was delayed through no fault of Fatstick but they communicated quickly (yes, a real person) and sorted everything out.”

“Can’t praise these guys highly enough. I got a board earlier this year and the strap was missing; I contacted FatStick, and within a couple of days, they’d shipped 2 out to me. We’ve loved the board so much, my wife ordered one last week - it arrived within 2 days, had loads of communication from FatStick about the order/delivery. Great customer service, and brilliant products. Just how it should always be!”

“Just purchased Fatstick 12'6 Touring boards for me and my husband. We had done a little paddle boarding previously but our Friend encouraged us to buy the Touring boards. We Love them, they have a little less width than 10'6 but once you get used to them they are super efficient. Our maiden voyage was on the Thames into a headwind, the boards coped so brilliantly especially when other paddlers struggled on their boards. The 12'6 covers distance with ease and efficiency whilst feeling stable at speed. We are looking forward to lots more adventures 😀”

“Having spent a lot of time researching what boards to go for we ended up buying a Fatstick Pure Art and a Tourer (We’re considering buying another too). We couldn’t be happier with our decision. The boards are fantastic and everything we hoped. They delivered next day) and the communication from Fatstick went above and beyond.”
