“I bought the Fatstick Pure Art ex demo/display board at a great reduced price. I haven’t used the board yet, however it was in fantastic condition, wouldn’t know it was ex display/demo and the customer services was great before I ordered. After ordering arrived within 1-2 days. Fantastic service.”

“Bought a robe for my partners Christmas present. Was dispatched and delivered promptly and despite only ordering days before Christmas arrives in plenty of time. It is just as expected, really good quality, fits well (I bought XL size as he’s 6ft 4) with plenty of space to change inside. I love the canvas storage bag and he is really pleased with it too. We looked at so many different ones but for the price I feel we got the best. Now I am saving up for one for myself!”

“Everything was absolutely fine with the product & speedy delivery. Since then your incessant hassling for surveys (email & text) is just too aggressive and has left me with a poor impression. That’s just nuts....”

“Lots of advice available via email when picking a board. Responsive customer service post purchase. Good advice on the website too. After much pondering I purchased a pure wood SUP. Opening it on arrival was like that moment when Excalibur gets pulled from the stone ‘magical’ ! The board is stunning, all ready for the waves on Christmas Day 🌊”

“Over the years I have purchased several Fatstick products starting with a snot rocket paddle board which is amazing! Subsequent purchase a board bag and clothing which have all been brilliant quality. I have just purchased a changing robe and have been very impressed with the quality and functionality, it’s going to make winter adventures so much easier and warmer. Speed of delivery and customer service is excellent.”

“Had my eye on a Fatstick board for a while, but couldn't stretch my funds that far. When I saw the Pure Art board available as an ex display/demo option at an amazing price I couldn't resist 😀 Well, I was thrilled when it arrived the next day. There isn't a mark on it!! “This is my 4th purchase from Fatstick and again the service has been exceptional. The SUP pump is excellent, and far better than my previous one which was starting overheat pumping 2 boards up! This one also has a deflate option which is brilliant for putting the boards back in the car / away, no more hassle!”

“I ordered a bag for an inflatable paddle board as a gift for my daughter. She will be well pleased with it. My only issue was in the ordering process. Order receipt and order complete notifications received same day. However, after 3 days still no notice of dispatch. One of the real positives of Fatstick is according to other reviewers fast delivery. I contacted Reuben and he notified me that Fatstick were awaiting delivery. It had now arrived and would be dispatched that day arriving with me the following day. I am delighted with goods and service from Fatstick”

“A friend, who has had many different makes of paddle boards over the years, recommend Fatstick and I wasn’t disappointed. The service and advice was excellent, with the added bonus of next day delivery! Everything is very well made and looks robust. The colour of the board is as sharp and bright as shown in the pictures. I really like the wheeled bag that comes with it, there is enough room to make packing away easy, but not too much that would result in everything rolling around. A great product and Company that I would definitely recommend.”

“Really lovely company run by the most amazing guys. Andy & Reuben both so helpful and went out of their way, quite literally, to show me their boards & helped me finally choose the right SUP for me. Great advice & insight & help in matching me with the perfect board to suit me & my requirements. And to top it off, they plant a tree with every purchase. Just such lovely guys & company. Huge thank you to all at Fatsticks & am so looking forwards to lots of new adventures on my Wooden Menace! Thanks guys!”
