“Poor communication when you have an issue with aspects of the contract . The product exceeded expectations. The fitters did an excellent job.”

“Door replacement. Fitters were polite and did a good job. Unfortunately only noticed after they left that the interior letter flap was scratched. Phoned Scarborough office the following morning and had an appointment arranged for it to be replaced within 3 hours. Very efficient.”

“EYG were very patient and helpful when our conservatory was delayed due to problems with underground gas pipes which required moving - TWICE! The guys were quietly efficient and competent - but I need to bill the company for the tea they drank (smile emoji). The only problem was the leaks we had in two different places when during this year's torrential downpours the gutter overflowed and leaked in. Ian at Hull was very apologetic and quickly sent out teams to recify this. Overall excellent customer relations and workmanship.”

“Delighted with our new door and the efficiency of your men. Only comment why you didn't get 5 stars is that it took 6 months to come with no updates over that time as to when it might be supplied.”

“Looking for a new front door , i wanted a composite one in a Chartwell green ( sage colour ) . EYG quoted a reasonable price and i ordered it . The survey was done and the order placed , but that was basically when they went radio silent for about 6 weeks. I had to chase them and found it difficult to get answers . Eventually delivery was arranged and fitting. The guys who came were excellent , clean and thorough and the end result is very pleasing. Product supplied great , but they need to work on their communication skills with the people who employ them , we the customers They would have got 5 stars but for this factor.”

“We are very happy with our new conservatory roof. The installers were excellent. Unfortunately there was little communication before installation and we had to keep ringing for updates. We had to wait two weeks for the electrician to reconnect us.”

“An excellent job, the best quality materials were used. The workmen were highly skilled and polite. It was inconvienient however that the Project got started two months later than originally agreed.”
