I do feel its a little unfair for you to give our company a bad review when we have no control over Belgium Customs.

This review is misleading, You ordered a device that is not advertised for detecting speed cameras or any road cameras for that matter it is for detecting surveillance bugs and hidden indoor cameras.
You had the device for 6 weeks, then rather than contact us to resolve any problems you left a bad review on our website and then initiated a claim with Paypal on the grounds of it not being as described, which PayPal later rejected.
The device was exactly as described and worked well and you had 14 days from receiving it to return it for a full refund if you were not happy with it and it also has a 12-month warranty.
