Looks great, bot sure product is suitable for my needs and it has been used before and probably returned as there was already a recording on it. Unable to use the app to select the correct device which in turn doesn’t allow you to set up iCloud. Every time you click on closing a message regarding the memory card, the app crashes. Maybe this isn’t the right product I need. Sadly I feel I have to return this item.

This isn’t normal behaviour and is most likely an issue with the phone itself, as we haven’t received similar reports from other customers. If you can, please give our tech support team a call during office hours on 01332 280887 and someone will be able to go through this with you. In the meantime, please try the following: • Reinstall the app and reconnect it to the device. • Check that the app is updated to the latest version and restart your phone. If the issue continues, we can look into it further or arrange a return if the device isn’t working correctly. If possible, please send over any error messages or screenshots to help us investigate more quickly. Just to clarify: • There’s no need to use the cloud service with this device, as you can access the memory card remotely. • The recording already on the device was made during our testing before shipping. If you're still unhappy with the device, we're happy to arrange a replacement or refund since you’ve only had it a short time. When I order the Item I email Eyetek and let them know I don t want the item to come at my adress, they reply me and said is gonna provide me with a tracking number so I can change my delivery options, waited for 1 day and the second day I send another email to ask them If they send my pack 5 min after I receive an email that my parcel has been received at my adress. That’s not professional!!! They will not gonna provide you with a tracking number in order to change the delivery adress even if they say will do

Hi I am sorry this delivery did not work out as you expected, the item was shipped by DHL next day delivery and they should text you a delivery slot on the day of delivery with an option to change the time and or address. Unfortunetely this is not something we have control over once we have handed the parcel to DHL. We try to offer our customers a fast discrete service but we do have to rely on the couriers to do their job correctly. Please accept our apologies over any inconveniance caused.
