Thanks for getting in touch. These devices don’t work very well through a cavity wall, as the sound doesn’t travel clearly across the gap. If the listen-through-wall device isn’t meeting your expectations, you’re very welcome to return it for a refund or exchange it for another item.
We’d really appreciate the chance to help before a 1-star company review is posted, as it doesn’t reflect the service we work hard to provide. We’re always here to sort out any issues for you. On Saturday 22/11/25, you left a message on our online chat stating:
“You sent me a faulty smoke alarm spy camera. It is not working. Please contact me as soon as possible on 07**.”**
We replied:
“Hi, I will get someone to phone you first thing Monday morning. In what way is it faulty?”
On Monday 24/11/25, Daran called to see how we could assist, and you informed us that you planned to return the item and did not require further support.
Today (Tuesday), you have left a 1-star review claiming we sent the wrong item—before we have had any opportunity to inspect the product or understand the issue. It would have been appreciated if we had been given the chance to identify the problem and resolve it before a negative review was posted.
We will deal with the matter as soon as the item is returned to us.

“Looks great, bot sure product is suitable for my needs and it has been used before and probably returned as there was already a recording on it. Unable to use the app to select the correct device which in turn doesn’t allow you to set up iCloud. Every time you click on closing a message regarding the memory card, the app crashes. Maybe this isn’t the right product I need. Sadly I feel I have to return this item.”

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear about the app crashes. This isn’t normal behaviour and is most likely an issue with the phone itself, as we haven’t received similar reports from other customers. If you can, please give our tech support team a call during office hours on 01332 280887 and someone will be able to go through this with you.
In the meantime, please try the following:
• Reinstall the app and reconnect it to the device.
• Check that the app is updated to the latest version and restart your phone.
If the issue continues, we can look into it further or arrange a return if the device isn’t working correctly. If possible, please send over any error messages or screenshots to help us investigate more quickly.
Just to clarify:
• There’s no need to use the cloud service with this device, as you can access the memory card remotely.
• The recording already on the device was made during our testing before shipping.
If you're still unhappy with the device, we're happy to arrange a replacement or refund since you’ve only had it a short time.
It may be easier to continue this conversation by email rather than through the review platform.

“Build quality is not good and in pictures on website loooks hole on charger but actually it is light which indicate to hidden camera and also port for input charging wire is upper of charger which is looks abnormal and also whole for mic is also looks abnormal”

“Really good product, crisp sound quality and easy to use. If I had 1 criticism it's the fact that the micraphone is on the same side as the magnet !! so if it sticks to metal the mic is face down !”

“I found it hard to set up but the helpline wa wavailable and supportive . I eventually found a friend to help and now it works perfectly . It was slighly damaged as charger port amd micro has been dented as the port is very flimsy but again I managed to get a new charger and it’s working fine.”

“Eye 200 car tracking device
Good device, took a little while to familiarise but this was slightly different from my last one, also bought a few years back. It’s slightly bigger than its predecessor and plastic magnetic box is larger too.
It’s got French software now and calendar is in French which you may need to brush up on.
Eyetek answer the phone during office hours and the guy was friendly and helpful and dealt with my queries. Will buy from them again.”
