Eyetek provided a A4 written supplement to help compensate for the very poor manual supplied with the device. But it falls short of being a real and complete device manual.

Hi Brendon Thank you for your feedback, the App used on this device is a generic App and is used on a few other devices and offers functions that are not on the router camera which can sometimes cause confusion. We do try and cover the functions for the router in our instruction sheets and we will have a look at them to see if there is any parts need changing or adding. If any customers are having problems we offer telephone or e mail support to resolve any problems a customer is having and pride our selves on our customer service. Phil Stevens Director.
I was a little disappointed that I requested discrete packaging and, Eyeteks address was printed on the back 9f the envelope. If I could Google it the chances are others may have d9ne so also.

Easy ordering and prompt delivery. Unfortunately the product I ordered has turned out defective. I have sent a message regarding this and will be hoping to get some redress just as promptly.

My order was sent to the wrong address so I did not receive it. They were very helpful on the phone and admitted it was their error and a refund has been implemented.

In terms of support over the phone it's been there so far. As for the device av yet to see if it's going to work I hope it does.

I have purchased 4 items recently. 1) Air freshener camera Wi-Fi, 6 months Battery life. 2) Picture Frame with built-in WI-FI Camera, 3) sports water bottle with built-in Camera and Bug hunter. Every item was not in the original box except one, some of them were missing parties etc. The quality and repacking and price don't march at all.

Hi I am sorry you are not happy with the packaging, as these items are customised they do not usually have the original packaging, if there are any parts missing please let us know so we can address this, we were not aware of anything missing until you wrote a review Regards Phil Stevens Director
Very good descriptions of products on website. Easy to order and fast delivery. Well packaged. The biggest problem was the instructions which were for a different model. Some things are easy to guess but some things are confusing, eg led colour indicators do not correspond to instructions so difficult to understand how to proceed. I haven’t managed to get the device working yet, left it on charge with a blue led glow??? Hope the led goes out and can then try to set up again.
