“One the material took a long time to be put together for dispatch.
Second I had bought some some cameras earlier, but the instructions are not clear enough. I have not set them up. It is seeming like wasted resources.
Third you should have a dedicated contact to assist customers set up their equipment.”

1. Upon receiving your order, we promptly communicated a slight delay, explaining that it was due to the waiting period for specific components. This delay was beyond our control, attributed to severe disruptions in component imports caused by issues in the Red Sea and the Chinese New Year shutdown.
2. When purchasing from our company, we consistently include detailed instructions with the product. If any difficulties arise, we are always ready to assist. I presume the previous order you mentioned pertains to the one from January.
3. Our company offers support through telephone and email during business hours, with an additional option for online live chat. On the 26th of February, you sought assistance and spoke with Jordan. During the conversation, you mentioned attempting the setup again and expressed intentions to call back if needed, at which point Jordan would guide you through the process if necessary.

“The product I purchased is very good and does what it says in the description.
The instructions were not written by a native English speaker and therefore, somewhat cryptic.
The recordings are great when the device is close to the source but if the device is a few meters away, the sound quality drops off significantly.
In summary I’d say it’s good value.”

Hi Joerg Before, you left a negative service review would I not have been better to let us know you had no instructions, we would then been able to resolve the problem in minutes? The instructions were e mailed to you on the day the package was shipped, and the invoice should have been e mailed the same day straight from our web site, please check your Spam folder. The reason we send them by e mail when shipping overseas is that customs occasionally open the packages, and it is better that they don’t read exactly what the item is designed to do as it has caused issues in the past. “Bought this because it said it was mains powered, when it arrrived I saw it needed 2 x AAA batteries for the digital clock so was disappointed. However after being contacted by Eyetek was informed the batteries are back up for the clock if ever unplugged from the mains. Excellent cust serv in putting this straight for me. Camera is very well hidden and picture is superb quality.”

The 2 x AAA batteries are for back up for the clock if mains power is removed, the unit is mains powered as described. I am sorry if you found this misleading.
