About Elite Models Online:

With more than 30 years experience in the model retail business having opened our first store in 1988, we aim to supply you with the greatest variety of models at extremely competitive prices. The team at Model World UK strive to provide excellent customer service - we don't just sell models we all have a love for what we do, and we also take part competitively in our hobbies, be it flying helicopters, quads, aeroplanes or racing cars and buggies. We love our jobs - who wouldn't enjoy working with these big boys toys all day everyday!

In the spring of 2013 we moved from our site at Maidstone to our new purpose built store in Sittingbourne where we have been able to grow and expand our offerings to you in a bright and welcoming store. And, in 2019 we nearly doubled the actual shop floor space to bring you even more products and also to allow us to launch the Sittingbourne Lego Store.

We are currently open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 6pm

“Not the best. Never had the item in stock which was advertised as being in stock. Asked me to email an alternative which I did immediately only to receive a phone call 5 days later to say the alternative I requested was not in stock. In all from order to delivery was 10 days.”

“3 days to prepare a simple order ready to post is not acceptable, especially with the high cost of postage charged. It makes a mockery of next working day delivery.”

“Advice was given but seemed reluctantly so. Phoned up and was told twice someone would call me back and they didn’t. Eventually did get the info needed but was hard work.”

“I placed my order on Monday before midday expecting it to arrive in 1-3 days as stated on the website. When it didn't arrive I emailed to ask why I didn't get my order. I then had a phone call from you to say "one of the items I'd ordered was out of stock" I had that item refunded and eventually got my order the following Monday. I dont know what would of happened if I had not emailed you.”

“New RC Plane arrived OK - after a nudge to provide a delivery date that is !! However - after sales service and communications are very poor. I had a (rudder) servo fail on its' second flight, luckily able to land safely but returned servo to Elite models over 2 weeks ago (who have acknowledged receipt) and still no response from them despite their assurances that they would !!”

“Took a week to deliver two props. Had to phone them in order to get them posted. Ordered on a Wednesday, had to ring the following Monday in order to get them posted to me. Never replied to my email hence the phone call.”
