New RC Plane arrived OK - after a nudge to provide a delivery date that is !!
However - after sales service and communications are very poor. I had a (rudder) servo fail on its' second flight, luckily able to land safely but returned servo to Elite models over 2 weeks ago (who have acknowledged receipt) and still no response from them despite their assurances that they would !!
