“I live in Ireland and had asked for either the vat to be removed or for me to be sent a vat invoice as was charged vat on the irish side too. I got an email saying it says custom duties my responsibility but then I wrote back asking for vat invoice, no reply and emailed again, no reply. This was only a small order but I love your company and wanted to see if it would be possible to order from you in the future. Damn brexit I know but I was very disappointed at lack of communication”
“I’m a new customer and was delighted with my purchases across the range, cups, cake stand , plates, trays. Stunning designs and great quality.
Just a little feedback the chance to amend an order after placed was not available and I’d made a mistake and then the discount code I had received wasn’t honoured on the correction. It was just a change of two cups and the order was in total £150 and more was placed since £70, So I ended up ordering them from John Lewis who had reduced some items.
Also some goods arrived broken but EB dealt with it very efficiently and replaced the item. However even when the goods were resent the external packaging was very damaged and the boxes and packing not up to the standard of other suppliers.
John Lewis sent their goods in very robust packaging in stark comparison.

“It arrived smashed to pieces, was packaged in a box far too big for it so didn’t survive the transit. Having had sent pictures of its condition, I had to send it back which cost me £6.95 to receive my refund. 😡😡
Why I just couldn’t have got a replacement sent out is beyond me. Very disappointed in there customer service!!!!!”
