“Really bad service. Ordered a Christmas jumper on the last day to receive Christmas deliveries. Buzzing as I had been after the jumper for ages. Received an email the following day to confirm my order had been shipped. Two minutes later got an email to say there was an error in Christmas jumper stock and mine wouldn’t be sent. Got a full refund and a 20% discount code as an apology.
Used the discount code to purchase some sale items on the 29th, fully aware that these wouldn’t be shipped until the 4th Jan. So far haven’t received a shipment email to confirm my order has been sent, or any reply to my email for an update on my order!

We had a backlog of orders from our Christmas closure thus making it difficult to get orders out at our usual standard time frames. We sincerely apologise for this. “I paid for next day delivery, the item was not dispatched on time so we didn’t receive the order. Checking the tracking information it now states it’s been delivered to a PO Box. We don’t have a PO Box and now their automated email states that the business is closed until the New Year.
This happened to us last time we ordered also. Definitely not a company that you can trust to dispatch or deliver on time. Over the years I’ve spent over £600, I won’t be shopping here again.”

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear some items were missing. As we have 2 different warehouses we often ship items in separate parcels so your remaining order will have been shipped from a different place.
