“Very good product range, good web site and competitively priced although delivery cost is high. Dispatch and delivery is fast. Products received are exactly as required. Unfortunately the delivery process resulted in severe damage to one length of ducting beyond use. However, one phone call followed up by email and photos and a replacement item was despatched immediately and received in perfect condition. Very good customer service. 4 stars due to the delivery process letting the Company down.”

“I've place 2 orders with Dust Spares. First order very prompt delivery. Second order some is non-stock items and will take approx. 3wks for delivery which is a pity. Also would be good if "Loc-Line" hoses were stocked/ available to order. Would've saved me searching for adifferent supplier. Prices are very competitive and I will use Dust Spares again.”

“Useful source for various spares for our dust extraction systems. Deliver on time and happy with the product and prices. Only issue I have had (and hence four not five stars) is that the packaging for our panel filters needed to be slightly bigger and or more robust as they suffered some (minor) damage during transit.”
