This would have been advised on your order confirmation. Your order was dispatched on 19/03 and delivered 20/03 - earlier than expected. The item was for resale but arrived with Dust Spares tape and re-order information all over it. It would be good if there was an option for unmarked packaging when the items are for resale

There is a special instructions sections at checkout where you can put information like asking for goods to be sent under plain cover, with no delivery note - or putting purchase order numbers in there. The product is excellent as usual, just what I needed. The only negative, as it was when I ordered something last time from Dust Spares, is the delivery. Apparently, on this occasion, the first delivery by Mohammad "missed me". However, as we're a school with 430 people and someone is here from 4.30am until 6 pm, I'm not convinced that Mohammed even came to the school, as we would have known. Steve

Order took over a week to be delivered . To be fair I was kept informed of the problems with the delivery company but hoped to get the materials in time to complete the job.

The product itself is fine, but I thought the delivery charge was excessive, added to that customs fees and a 19 pound item cost me nearly 55 pounds to deliver to Ireland, I've ordered various products from UK companies since Brexit and they didn't incur such high costs

We get a set figure from the courier and keep this as low as possible when we pass this over to our customers. From your order I can see that you are in Republic of Ireland, which then unfortunately incurs some further fees with it going "Outside mainland UK" We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you can understand our balancing act of using good credible couriers who deliver and trying to keep the costs as low as possible. Excellent products and service but delivery is extremely expensive even when spending upwards of £100.

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Orders £295 and over receive free delivery. The delivery charge applied if going via DPD depends on quantity and/or weight as this is the conditions at which DPD provide. I can see the charge on your order was DPD £9.99, which is the cheapest we supply. We do try our best to keep carriage costs as low as we can and review these costs frequently. Due to recent news reference Tuffnells going into administration, you can appreciate that we try to absorb any price increases from our couriers before passing them on. I have ordered 6m long duct but the length received is more like 5.3m only. I don't think I will buy from them again.

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The goods are supplied in a compressed length, so may appear to be shorter when it arrives. Once stretched out, it should hit the 6m that was ordered. I can't see anything on our system to show any contact was made reference a short length. The product arrived within 2 days which was fine. However, there was a message on the package, do not sign for this if the package was damaged. The package was damaged and we did not have the opportunity to sign for the package. The courier (DPD) had instructions to leave the package in a coal bunker to the right of our front door. He left the package in the wheelie bin to the left of the door. I recommend you do not use that firm again. Hence the mark of 3.

This makes it easier for us to claim from the courier. As you had requested a safe place, we understand that you would have been unable to sign for this as damaged. If there was anything inside that was broken or couldn't be used, please get in touch with us so we can rectify this for you. Hi I've not opened the box yet,as need to take to customer with damaging them,so I can't give you a review as I've not opened the box. It take three days longer to deliver as the delivery address was wrong this might of been me not putting the right address I wanted it delivered to,you can check this out ,and let me know that would be great thanking you in advance Marios.

Upon ordering, I was told that my order would be delayed whilst parts came in. At least this was made clear, some companies wouldn't bother to mention it.

To be fair I think they are fine. The delivery company they used was totally hopeless and only brought 1 of the 2 items. Then took over a week to get the other even though the customer services did seem to be doing a they could. This time DPD postponed the 2nd delivery. Just bad luck maybe.

Good morning Nick, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have looked into your order. It was placed after our 14:30 cutoff point Friday, so the order was dispatched on the next working day - Monday. Tracking with DPD shows they were unable to deliver yesterday, but showing as out for delivery today. You should have received an email from them with the time frame. Unfortunately, once dispatched we have no control over the couriers (Wish we could 🙄). Very poor delivery again. Prices seem fair but very disappointed. Promised Tuesday then nothing had to write a snotty email and then was delivered next day.

Good afternoon Matthias, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I completely understand your frustration. We try to track our parcels daily to ensure any errors or delays are caught beforehand. Unfortunately this was missed and only notified when you contacted us. We have implemented a new system to try and get on top of these sooner. In complete transparency, it looks like your order was collected by our other courier and went into their system instead of out with DPD. We put a new order on FOC and dispatched it that same day on a next day service. I can only apologise for the way your order has been received. We do try our best to make sure goods arrive undamaged. When we hand the orders over to the couriers, we can only hope they look after the goods as we would. Upon looking at your photo, it appears DPD have resealed this box. If anything is missing or damaged, please let us know so we can get onto this asap for you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention a few days ago. Whilst we do try to avoid any errors, they do unfortunately happen but we also try and put things in place to try to prevent the same thing from happening again. Unfortuantely this product isn't off the shelf and needed to be manufactured. I can see from tracking that you received it a few days later than the 10 working days so I do apologise for this delay. Dust spares webshop is easy to use and has plenty of choice. very clear on stock and lead times as well as product-specific information so you can clearly decide what will work without having to leave it to chance like a lot of other sites It even has little reminders like this adapter will need an F/F collar to go onto X. and the payment process worked well. and we ordered something that said 5-day lead and it was all here in 3 days thank you for that dust spares, the only downside was when we unpacked it all there were quite a few good size dents in the ducting and some of the collars were very miss shaped from the trip here in the courier's van but it could have been towed behind and got here in similar condition, both my father and I said if it had been for a customers job it would have been an issue but for what we wanted it for it didn't matter enough to deal with it. disappointing. but we reshaped the collars and put the dents to the back so we can't see them, and our heater works just the same. sometimes in this day and age, you just have to accept some things as time is as valuable as trying to sort problems out especially when you have it to do on a daily basis. the company dust spare is very good the couriers that brought it to want treating like they treat the good there moving for other people and then their quality would go up for sure.

Hi Gordon, Firstly, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review, it allows us as a business to grow and develop areas that are letting us down. Glad to hear that you were happy with all other aspects of the service you received from Dust Spares. We have processes and procedures in place to try and avoid damages during transit but unfortunately, when it is passed over to them we can only hope they treat the goods as we would treat them. Due to the nature of the spiral, if manhandled it can turn up dented and damaged. If going forward, you do order ductwork from us again and it does turn up damaged, then please do get in touch so we can get this rectified for you! :) After considering the courier feedback, we are rolling out a new initiative this week to team up with a secondary courier for all smaller items. This has also allowed us to lower the cost instead of increasing it, like many this year. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need anything in the future.
