“Excellent quality products (floppy filter bag and dust bags). Good, responsive customer service. Postage a bit high for the products sent, although next day delivery. I'd certainly use Dust Spares again if the order is enough to justify the post and would go 5 stars if not for this.”

“The part looks ok, undamaged, but has not been fitted yet. The part was poorly packaged meaning that it was inevitable that it would end up damaging the box it was sent in and possibly go missing. The sender then put a sticker on the box with the intention of it being a "get out of jail free" card for them if the parcel was signed for unchecked. Poor working practice by Dust Spares.”

“Everything was great apart from a dent in the spiral duct pipe. Looked like something had fallen onto it during transit. Needed to use it as work was time sensitive. This caused me some issues with the installation. The product is of good quality. The website is easy to use, and quick delivery is fairly priced.”

“Always great service, the only thing I'd change is a bit more of a sensible price on postage for small light items, I would definitely shop around less if I could come straight here and know postage was more reasonable.”

“The hose I ordered is fine. The following of instructions not so much. I instructed if no answer to door, leave it in greenhouse at the bottom of the garden and leave a card in front door letterslot. That did not happen. Instead it was left under a trailer at the front of our property. The driver did leave a card. I know that drivers are under pressure to deliver. Taking a photo and telling me where they left it does not comply with what I asked for. If you ask me to instruct, then your driver should follow and do as requested and not to wing it as they think fit!”

“Recently started using these filters , in the short time they have been in use i have found them to be economic and good at reducing bounce back from spraying . Easy to use and manage and as such will now be using these filters going forward”

“Great service from dust spares itself. My order was dispatched and delivered within one day from placing the order. The only bad aspect was the courier. I was emailed on the morning of delivery informing me someone would be need to be in to sign for it. By the time I saw the email I followed the link to try and arrange so it could be left in a safe place. Only to find that it had already been delivered but simply left by my front door in clear view of any passers by. The courier did manage to get a signature though as he simply signed it himself. Bit of a pointless process really.”
