Very slow, delivery over expensive, then when they finally arrived, didn’t even fit. They are 5mm too big. Would not recommend to an enemy.

Good morning John, We are sad to hear you had a bad experience with us! Please rest assured that we take all feedback on board to better our products and services. Addressing the very slow part, the item ordered is on a made to order basis. It mentions on the website 10-14 working days to get these into us. I can understand your frustration with any kind of lead time and have passed this over to our procurement team to look into stock levels. Regarding the costly delivery, I notice your location is in Northern Ireland. While we strive to minimize courier expenses, it's important to understand that due to increasing charges and your location, the costs are inevitably higher. The sizes on the website are nominal sizing and have passed this over to our team to make this more apparent. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback. Wouldn't allow an exchange. ordering confusing as the picture shown is different from the product delivered. Delivery was quick, but service terrible

Hi David, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I do want to clarify that the item you ordered was made to order and therefore non returnable - this is stated on the web page, at the top. I can appreciate the frustration of ordering the wrong item, but graciously disagree with the terrible service comment. This item isn't sold often, so would not be able to accept this back for this to sit on the shelves. Had this been another item that was sold often, or even held as stock then we absolutely would have been able to do something for you. Good morning Ray, I can see that your order was made on 19/10 and despatched with priority on 19/10 for delivery 20/10. I have looked at the tracking with the courier and unfortunately showing as delays in the area. I have made contact with DPD who have opened an investigation and due to the inconvenience i have issued a refund on your postage. We will keep a close eye on this and send out a replacement if needed. I am unable to see any other contact made prior to the review. ORDERED PART ON THURSDAY BEFORE THE SAME-DAY SHIPPING CUT-OFF OF 2.30 PM. PARTS DID NOT SHIP UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY. WE WERE THEN TOLD DELIVERY WOULD "NOW BE MONDAY". MONDAY CAME WITH NO DELIVERY. TOLD SHIPPING HAD BEEN UPGRADED TO TUESDAY AM. TUESDAY AM CAME AND WENT - STILL NO DELIVERY JUST A BUCKET LOAD OF EXCUSES "THE DRIVER IS HAVING VEHICLE ISSUES" (THE USUAL GO-TO EXCUSE FOR PARCELS BEING LATE) - WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS BUT THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION. WE COULD HAVE ORDERED ELSEWHERE FOR DELIVERY MONDAY BUT PART WAS NEEDED ON FRIDAY

I can see the order was shipped out on time and after numerous calls between us and you and us and the courier, it was then received in full the day after. It is also mentioned on our website reference courier delays and the state of which they are currently in. Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, sorry it had to be a 1 star! I can see you placed an order on the 13th. Some of the items were out of stock with a lead time of 3-5 working days (21st). Your order got split as we felt that some of the items would be safer going directly from manufacturing, resulting in less damages. It appears that part of the order was delivered before the 3-5 day (15th) lead time with the impression the second part was late. I can see the second part was delivered on the 21st. Unfortunately I am unable to see any email trail with reference to the wrong items. If this is still the case, please get in touch and I can get this looked into as a matter of priority. As a regular customer of ours we'd love the opportunity to change the one star review in to five stars and continue the great partnership we have. As you know we focus on our customer service and have always been in touch with you regarding any delays over the time we've been working together, as an overseas customer. As you're based in the Republic of Ireland and with all the changes coming because of Brexit we wanted to be one of the first companies in our industry to get a grip on the new regulations and offer you the same great service. Which we are grateful you have been with us throughout. On this occasion we got the items out of the door and on their way to you on time (3-5 working days as they had to be manufactured). The time from the courier collecting the goods to getting them to your door was just over 2 weeks. This was due to the order being held at customs. We agree this was longer than expected, and kept in contact with you offering tracking numbers so you would be aware of when they had been released from Customs and on their final journey to you. Utter rubbish 2 weeks late, had to call over 8 times, lost our first order. Blamed everything on the haulage company. Word of advice use a different haulier to avoid rubbish reviews.

Thank you for your review Nick. We understand your frustrations. As you know, we got the 3 items out with our courier on time, but unfortunately were delayed from there. This is a very small percentage of orders that this happens to, and we appreciate you contacting us right away. To get you the items as fast as possible your order was sent a 2nd time, but because of the initial delays this shipment too got caught up. At this time the most logical idea and to get you the goods you had paid for, was to use an alternative courier. We got the spiral boxed up a 3rd time and organised for it to go via another courier which did not have these localised delays and got the 3rd shipment to you the next day. All customers getting their goods is our priority and although all couriers have a percentage of parcels that do get delayed/lost that isn't something we like to settle with. We apologise for the negative experience, and yes even though the courier is external they are still a part of our offering. We do offer alternative couriers but are limited with items like Spiral ducting as many won't take such long objects. We have regular meetings with the heads of the courier service and each delayed/lost shipment is analysed and discussed at length within our courier meetings to further improve on our relationship but ultimately to put procedures in place so these errors are avoided going forward. Again, thank you for your time and patience, and we'd welcome you to use Dust Spares again and allow us to change your mind regarding the service as it evolves.
